RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Unused Products: If you have received a product that is unused, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

 

2. Damaged Items: We understand that items can be damaged during shipment despite our best efforts. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
